Ginger Rogers Doll
This raffle is for a very unique doll. It is one of only seven made by professional doll maker Linda Lee Sutton and it is fashioned after the one and only Ginger Rogers. Ginger sat for the creation of this doll and it is the only one she ever approved. It has been kept in storage since it was made and then it was on display at the Ginger House Museum in Independence, Missouri before it closed down due to COVID. Ginger made no money from any of the dolls that were created in her likeness prior. So this is truly a unique item. The pink gown was also made by Linda Lee Sutton. The doll measures 14" high and she is made of porcelain with moveable joints, and a stand is included. Each doll is dressed differently, so there is no other like it. This would make a perfect gift for a teen or adult! (It is not a toy).
