Our goal is to raise $10,000 to support the Exceptional Futures Family Navigator Program.
Families raising a child with disabilities often face a complicated and overwhelming system when trying to find the right programs, services, and funding for their adult children. Many families simply don’t know where to begin.
Exceptional Futures provides a Family Navigator at no cost to families anywhere in Georgia. Our Family Navigator helps families:
Find the right programs and services
Understand available funding options
Plan for a sustainable future for their adult child
Navigate a system that can often feel confusing and discouraging
This service is completely free to families, and the funds raised through this raffle help make that possible.
Why Exceptional Futures Matters Exceptional Futures is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization whose mission is to provide purpose, community, and opportunity for adults with disabilities — regardless of ability to pay.
Why This Matters After graduating from the public school system, many adults with disabilities face a sudden loss of structure, community, and meaningful opportunities. The programs and social connections that once existed during school hours often disappear.
Exceptional Futures exists to change that. We provide adults with disabilities opportunities for:
meaningful daily activities
social connection and friendships
health-focused programming
purposeful engagement in the community

This raffle to benefit Exceptional Futures is approved and licensed by the Gwinnett County Sheriff's Department. You must be at least 18 years of age to participate. Two winners will be drawn. Need not be present to win. Winner must claim prize by responding to contact from EF by April 27, 2026, or else prize will be forfeited.
