This is an annual raffle that happens every year during our Holiday show slot at Grandstreet Theatre in Helena Montana. This show is cast with the talent of our theatre school. Our theatre school has been operating for more than 30 years, so our alumni audience has grown quite a bit. I want to expand our raffle participation by including on-line sales. This is the one of 2 times each year we work to raise funds for scholarships. Our Scholarships provide tuition for students that otherwise might not have the opportunity to attend. Also, each year we have scholarships auditions in May. These auditions are an opportunity for our students to be seen by theatre professionals working in the field. These auditions award talent scholarships based on the observation of these professionals. These scholarships pay for a student to come to our summer program, help students offset costs of our yearly JTF trip (Junior Theatre Festival is a national festival our students have a chance to participate in yearly), and lastly this fund helps scholarships for our Seniors who are moving on from our program to Universities around the country.
