Raise a Dram and purchase your whiskey raffle ticket benefiting Rockwall County Helping Hands! We are selling up to 1250 raffle tickets at $125 each until sold out or through March 3rd, 2023 until 3pm CST, 4pm EST, whichever comes first.  Drawing will be held on March 3rd at 5pm on Facebook.com/Rockwallhelpinghands. Purchase as many as you like!
