- Ticket Price: $125 each or 5 for $500
- Quantity: Up to 1250 tickets available
- Sales Deadline: May 3, 2025, until 4 pm CST, 5pm EST unless sells out (whichever comes first)
- Drawing: May 3, 2025 at 4 pm CST, onsite at The Linden and broadcasted live on Facebook.com/Rockwallhelpinghands
About Rockwall County Helping Hands: Rockwall County Helping Hands is dedicated to ensuring that no one in Rockwall County goes to bed hungry, without shelter, or deprived of essential medical care.
Q&A/Rules:
- Ticket Confirmation: This is an online raffle, and you'll receive a confirmation email of your ticket purchase. Physical tickets will not be issued.
- Winning Presence: You do not need to be on Facebook live to win; winners will be contacted. The drawing will take place at The Linden on May 3, 2025, at 4 pm CST.
- Bottle Pickup: Bottles cannot be shipped. They can be picked up at Rockwall County Helping Hands, located at 990 Williams Street starting May 5th from 9am until 4pm. They must be picked up by May 9th.
- Raffle Details:
- Cost/Quantity: $125 per ticket, with 1250 tickets available.
- Raffle Ends: May 3, 2025 at 4 pm CST, 5 pm EST (the site is EST).
- Drawing Time: May 3, 2025 at 4 pm CST.
- Winners Announcement: First names and last names will be posted on the website. Winners will also receive an email with instructions on claiming their prize.
Q&A on Raffle Process:
- How Bourbon is Raffled Off: 50 Bourbons bottle prizes will be listed, with winners randomly selected. You may win more than once.
- Winner Selection: Raffle ticket software will randomly select prize winners.
- Winner Notification: Winners will be posted online and notified via email after the drawing.
- Winning the Bourbon: Winners receive the actual bottles, not just the "right to purchase."
- Prize Pickup: Winners will receive instructions on retrieving their prize from Rockwall County Helping Hands.
- Eligibility and Prize Stipulations:
- Random selection by raffle software.
- 1250 tickets available.
- Order of entry does not affect chances of winning.
- Participants must be 21 years or older.
- Helping Hands employees and immediate family cannot participate.
- Winners need a matching valid driver's license.
