On August 26, 2021 Sgt. Game Warden Chris Wilson lost his life to complications from COVID-19.  He is survived by his 4 minor children, his father as well as other family.
This May Sgt. Wilson will be honored at National Police Week in Washington D.C., where his name will be added to the National Police Officer's Memorial.  The costs of his survivors attending this event is not covered by any governmental agency.  We have been fortunate to have their flights donated by the Texas Game Warden Association.  We are fundraising to cover the cost of their hotel rooms and travel expenses.  Any funds raised in excess of their hotel costs will be donated to the Texas Game Warden Association.
