The Men’s Club of St. Francis Xavier Catholic School is excited to announce that we will host our 3rd annual (mostly) Bourbon Raffle benefiting St. Francis Xavier School and the children who attend. The Bourbon Raffle will be drawn on Friday, November 22, 2024 around 7:00 p.m. The standard raffle consists of thirty-four (34) single bottles and six (6) baskets (bottle/basket list pictured below). Each bottle will be identified/announced prior to selecting each ticket. This raffle is not one winner take all. Forty (40) separate winners will be selected.
Standard Raffle
$30.00 donation per entry. Ticket(s) numbers will automatically be emailed to the email address provided by the entrant.
Premium Raffle (separate from Standard raffle)
Anyone who purchases ten (10) tickets will be automatically awarded 1 premium raffle ticket. This must be a single purchase of ten standard raffle tickets, with no purchase combinations allowed.
Anyone who purchases twenty (20) tickets will be automatically awarded 3 premium raffle ticket. This must be a single purchase of twenty standard raffle tickets, with no purchase combinations allowed.
The Premium raffle will be capped at 300 total entries.

You will receive a separate premium raffle ticket number (# 1 - 300). The administrator will separately track the premium raffle ticket entries, and a list of each premium raffle entry and ticket number will be emailed by the admin to the entrants on 11/22/24 (early afternoon). The premium raffle is not one winner take all. Ten (10) separate winners will be selected.
The raffle will be conducted via Facebook live (or similar platform). Please join the Facebook group: 2024 SFX Mens Club (mostly) Bourbon Raffle, which is where we intend to publish and record the raffle video. To access the group:

FINAL INCENTIVE:- Thanks to a recent generous donation from Save More 3 in Baton Rouge, anyone who purchases a ticket between November 18, 2024 to November 21, 2024 will receive an entry to a sub-raffle which will consist of two additional prizes, a William Larue Weller and Weller C.Y.P.B.
- Two separate winners will be selected during live raffle conducted on November 22, 2024. This is not a winner take all.
- Multiple standard raffle entries will receive a one-for-one entry to the WLW and C.Y.P.B. sub raffle. For example, if you purchase 2 standard raffle entries, you will receive 2 sub-raffle entries, and so forth.
- This is in addition to the regular raffle, the premium raffle, and the EHT Barrel Proof sub-raffle.
