My name is Terry. On Mother's Day '22 my mother had an aneurysm and a heart attack at the same time around 6 PM. She is currently in a neurology hospital out of state going into her recovery phase. I am having to make frequent trips out of state to see about her and stay on top of her healthcare and progress. These funds will go towards airfare, hotel stays, and her immediate needs once transferred to a long term care rehabilitation facility.
