We are offering bourbon lovers a dream prize - all to benefit Innova Prep School in Hattiesburg, MS!
By participating in the Fund the Future Bourbon Raffle, you agree to these official rules, which are a contract. 

THE CAUSE
Innova Preparatory School in Hattiesburg, MS, is a special purpose school that provides a safe, nurturing, co-educational learning environment where students with concurrent talents, gifts, and learning differences receive the social, emotional, and behavioral support they need to thrive in and beyond the classroom. BUY A TICKET
Tickets are on sale for $100 each and all proceeds will benefit Innova Prep School. Tickets will be available for purchase on Friday, July 1, 2022. Tickets will no longer be available for purchase after 11:59pm (CT) September 30, 2022. Each ticket purchased provides one chance to win one of the collections listed. There is no limit to how many tickets may be purchased by a single individual. 3 winners will be drawn and announced on Monday, October 3, 2022 at 12:00pm (CT). Winner does NOT get to select which collection is won. Winner does NOT need to be local to win. Winners must verify their age (21+) and bottles will be hand delivered to your doorstep. 

ELIGIBILITY
Any person 21 years of age or older, residing in the Contiguous United States where the Raffle is not prohibited, may purchase a chance (referred to as “Ticket”) to be entered in the Raffle (such person shall be herein known as the “Ticket Holder”). An affidavit of eligibility may be required from the Prize-winning Ticket Holder. 

RULES
By purchasing a ticket, each Ticket Holder accepts and agrees to be bound by the rules, limitations, conditions, and restrictions set forth herein (referred to as the “Rules”), as well as all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations. 

RELEASES 
By purchasing a ticket, each Ticket Holder releases Innova Prep School, and all directors, officers, employees, and agents, from any and all liability with respect to the raffle, including but not limited to the selection process and the interpretation and application of the rules, and from any and all liability for injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by winning Prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of winning Prize, and each Ticket Holder agrees to indemnify and hold Innova Prep School harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind arising in connection with the winner’s acceptance or use of winning prize. Ticket Holder agrees to the use of their name, likeness, and any statements made by them regarding the Prize may be disclosed to, and used by, the news media and may otherwise be used by Innova Prep School for advertising or publicity purposes without compensation, and in any published articles in area newspapers and other media. 

RAFFLE DRAWING
The winning tickets will be randomly chosen by RaffleCreator.com, and the winners of the raffle will be notified via contact information provided. There is no substitution of prize. 

CLAIMING A PRIZE
Winning Ticket Holders will be notified via contact information provided. Winners will then negotiate a date for the physical claiming of the prizes because they will be hand delivered. The name of the winner will also be available on the Fund the Future Facebook Page at www.facebook.com/

OBLIGATIONS OF WINNING TICKET HOLDERS
 Except as otherwise provided herein, the Ticket Holder who wins the Prize is responsible for all costs associated with Prize, including, but not limited to, any local, state, and federal taxes that may be applicable. Signature and Ticket Holder verification will be required upon delivery.

Only 3 winners will be selected for winning one of the 3 prize collections(Grand Prize, Willett Collection, and The Daily Drinkers). Winners do NOT get to select which collection is won. Winners do NOT need to be local to win. Winners must verify their age (21+) and bottles will be hand delivered to your doorstep.
