The Dubai,  United Arab Emirates has issued the legal authority to offer a 50/50 on going raffle program whereby one ticket will be drawn from 8,000 $25.00 USD tickets sold. Sponsor has the right to draw a winner before the 8,000 tickets are sold. Patrons are invited to purchase more than one ticket. Winner will be declared and the prizes are awarded from the United Arab Emirates to the global patrons who support our endeavors to save the warm water coral reefs from extinction and fund the moveable underwater hotels for the global raffle winners.
