ConjuringConfidence is all about bringing out the best in yourself! The world is filled with so many negative things and one of those things is the stigma with mental health. It does not get enough attention and is not considered an illness to many people. We need to bring more awareness to mental health and learn how to help not only ourselves but everyone around us.
