Mitch Smiley did these original tattoo patterns while in prison.  Before his vision of Hard Intentions, he was going to call his company Mean Streets.   He was featured in the now defunct magazine Tattoo Review during this same time and the title of the article was called Mean Streets.  This is a set of 2.  We will announce the raffle on our Wednesday Night Live on Wednesday, September 24th.   We want to thank everyone for all of the love and support you have shown us over these last few years.  You all are amazing./100
