Want to support RPD's K-9 Unit through the puppy raffle, but don't want to take on a new puppy? No problem! You can still buy raffle tickets and, if you're the winner, can choose to donate the puppy to a deserving disabled veteran in need of a service dog through Blue Ridge Lane's Veteran Service Dog Program.
Kasper will be about eight weeks old at the time of the drawing. The winner will be announced at the annual 5K for K-9s Happy Pherson Memorial Run at 11am on Saturday September 24, 2022 at Byrd Park in Richmond, VA.
