Mission Statement:
Eagles Nest Projects Wisconsin (ENP WI) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to inspiring and educating the next generation of aviators, engineers, and aviation enthusiasts. We achieve this by providing hands-on STEM aviation education, mentorship, and real-world experience in aircraft building, maintenance, and flight training. 

About Our STEM Aviation Education:
ENP WI partners with local high schools, technical colleges, and aviation professionals to offer students immersive experiences in: 

Aircraft Construction: Students help build real FAA-certified aircraft (such as the Van's RV-12).

Aviation Maintenance: Industry-aligned training introduces students to aircraft systems, tools, and FAA standards.

Flight Training: Introductory flight experiences and simulator-based learning inspire future pilots.

Mentorship & Career Pathways: We connect students with A&Ps, CFIs, and aviation industry leaders to support career development.
