The Railway Museum of San Angelo was built over 100 years ago and perfectly preserves the story of railroading in West Texas. With scale model trains, railway artifacts, and period-dressed guided living history tours, the Museum makes the early 1900's come to life. The Railway Museum of San Angelo is supported by admissions, sponsorships, and donations like this magnificent handmade quilt. 

"Railway Days" features scenes of vintage trains on a marine blue background with slate blue and bright red accents. It is quilted all over in a meandering pattern in the trapunto style. It is a generous throw, about 6foot square. It may be hung to display or draped over your favorite lounge. 

Tickets are $1 each, 6 for $5 or 12 for $10. Donations are also most welcome. Santa Claus will arrive by train on December 10, 2022 to open Santa's Santa Fe Christmas celebrations at the Railway Station of San Angelo. As the premier celebrity of the day, Santa himself will have the honor of drawing the winning raffle ticket! Winner need not be present.     "Railway Days" is a handmade, machine quilted quilt. It features scenes of vintage trains on a marine blue background with slate blue and bright red accents. It is quilted all over in a meandering pattern in the trapunto style. It is a generous throw 6 ft by 6 ft. finished size. It may be hung to display or draped over your favorite lounge. 
    This prize, "Railway Days" quilt, was pieced by Marcy Bosequett, and quilted by Dixie Porter, both of San Angelo, Texas. These ladies generously donated the materials, their time, and talent to create this one- of-a-kind work of art.
    The Railway Museum of San Angelo will ship to the winner at no extra charge.
