At Apes Clubhouse we love giving back, and we want to help someone get started on their health journey. This raffle gets you a week of training and meal planning by Sensei and Davi. We want to personally invite you to our one of a kind “mind, body, and spirit” gym, and give you some tips that helped us on our health journey. We will take you through our full body exercise regimens to help you understand the mechanics of your body a little better, and also some easy exercises you can do right at home. You will also experience the power of lymphatic stretching personally done by Sensei, Aura cleansing to cleanse the energy around your body, and also respiratory cleansing which will improve your breathing, blood flow, mental health, and more. Come experience therapy and why we’re the most talked about gym in Michigan. 

Only 1 winner will be picked, winner must be ready to start at the second week of February , if winner misses a day your week free membership is automatically terminated. We will offer you a wide range of class times to choose from, please choose one you can stick with.
