Hi guys! November is a month of of giving back and of course Thanksgiving! Las Leonas Salsa Is a family Run business. We value family and we are teaching our children to Not just treasure their family but community as well. My great grandmother rose was the inspiration for this business, And Her legacy was cooking And feeding the masses. Whether it was just the 4 of us at the kitchen table or a household of my family or friends My great grandmother was always in the kitchen happily cooking. Food brings people together, and good food makes them feel warm and happy inside. When you give somebody a good meal made with love and care for a few brief moments They can experienceIs true warmth and Bliss.
This Thanksgiving we wanted to give back as a family. Our goal is to feed as many people possible. Not just buying and donating the ingredients but but we would like to actually cook prepare serve and eat Thanksgiving dinner in the community. I'm going to be calling around to a few local churches to to see if we could possibly use their kitchen and dining hall to host and absolutely last resort we will find a way to set up in a park or public area that is easily accessible and safe where everyone can have a hot Thanksgiving plate.
As most of you know Thanksgiving dinner is not cheap and the more people you feed the more expensive it is and the more preparation and and supplies you need. This is not gonna be easy this is gonna take a lot of time and a lot of resources. I believe we can make it happen. As well as selling the raffle tickets We Will be accepting donations Of canned goods and Thanksgiving items that can be used As well. Any information or resources Regarding an available dining hall or location tip location tables and chairs or anything that might be helpful is welcome!
All proceeds of this Raffle will be going towards the Products and supplies needed for the gift sets to be made for the raffle as well as the preparation materials ingredients Warmer pans table and chair rentals as well as purchasing a canopy to serve the food under if we need to be outside.
