Hello everyone! As you may or may not know, we are desperately trying to raise funds to cover expenses associated with Maurice’s future kidney transplant/ current end stage kidney disease. Anthony Vance at Bodies illustrated Tattoo in Charlotte, NC is offering a chance at a 2 hour tattoo session valued at $300.00 to one lucky soul in exchange for a $10 donation to our cause. RULES, TERMS & CONDITIONS
Giveaway prize – Up to $300 value (2 hours) of tattooing from Anthony Vance at Bodies illustrated Tattoo in Charlotte, North Carolina.
 
For each entry, you must send a donation of $10 in return you will get a chance at the tattoo giveaway and a Kidney Disease Awareness sticker.
 
 
You have until December 17, 2022 to enter. We will be drawing a winner for our special giveaway Dec 17, 2022 at 5pm.
 
 Winner must be able to get tattooed in Charlotte, North Carolina USA at  Bodies Illustrated Tattoo 10039 University City Blvd h, Charlotte, NC 28213. Tattoo appointment scheduling will be between you and Anthony Vance.

EXTRA ENTRY OPPORTUNITIES
For every $10 donation, you get 1 entry. $20 donation = 3 entries, $50 donation=  10 entries. All entries will receive a kidney awareness sticker.

ADDITIONAL RULES
Must be at least 18.
1 random number drawing (Up to a $300 value, 2 hours of free tattooing from Anthony Vance) can only be used in 1 session of tattooing. The Artist reserves the right to reject ideas at their discretion.
 
 Giveaway winner must schedule their tattoo session within 1 year of winning.
