Executive Chef Robert (Bobby) Osso brings over 28 years of culinary experience to the thriving Tampa food scene. Chef Osso started out as a Sous Chef with Stonewood Grill & Tavern test kitchen. He helped develop recipes and menus before moving up The Tavistock Restaurant Collection ladder. His work as an Executive Chef at Timpano Italian Chophouse is located in the widely popular area of Hyde Park, Tampa, where he left many historic impressions. Chef Osso’s journey did not just stop there, he also became Area Executive Chef for Boca Bar & Kitchen. His journey also took him to the most magical place on earth, Walt Disney World, where he was responsible for menu creation for  9 restaurants onsite! 

Given Chef Osso’s impressive culinary pedigree, one would not expect he was Deaf! His artistic culinary magic and experience are a reflection of his innovative craft using his unique sensory gifts of sight, smell, and taste which makes his dishes an memorable experience!

    Limited Edition: Coquito is the most well known for our latin community during holidays. Its similar to eggnog but no eggs, I tell you why!

    Its make of 3 different milks: Coconut, evaporated, and sweetened condensed.

    So, with special talented chef Bobby's secret ingredients that fits holiday's flavors such as nutella, pistachio, guava, and peppermint.   

    Live Draw will happen at Fort Lauderdale Deafopia on December 10th 2022. Winner will be announced after 4pm.
