How the Winners are Selected:
Entering the raffle gives you the chance at winning all the prizes. Theoretically if you buy multiple tickets, you can win everything! Unfortunately, there isn’t a way to enter to win individual prizes, that would require individual raffles for each. The winners are automatically selected for each prize from the pool at the end of the raffle. If someone wins something they don’t want, they can trade it with another winner, give it away, sell it, or choose not to claim it.

Our nervous system is the electrical network for our entire being, and it is always sending signals throughout our body for the entirety of our life, without us having to tell it to. When we take on a lot of stress or have unprocessed trauma, it can begin to signal to our nervous system that we are not safe, keeping us in fight or flight mode. And that process is a process of you using your breath as a way to move whatever is in your body that is ready to move, and using your expression to clear it out for good; We will be working towards bringing your nervous system back to a regulated state.
We do this to become CLEAR - clear within our life, the direction we want to go, and to be that clarity & safe refuge for the people that we love.
Logistics: Each session is 90 minutes from arrival to departure. There will be an introduction into what this practice is, followed by the session itself, and then finished with sharing/integrating questions.
