It is characterized by abnormalities in the bones of the upper limb, ...Individuals with Holt-Oram syndrome may have additional bone abnormalities including a missing thumb , a long thumb that looks like a finger , partial or complete absence of bones in the forearm, an underdeveloped bone of the upper arm, and abnormalities of the collar bone or shoulder blades. She has two heart murmurs, on her left hand the index finger in thumb is webbed, the right hand have a hypoplasia thumb which looks like a 5th finger instead of a thumb. Her mom have traveled to 4 states seen 5 different doctors to safe her finger without the pollicization surgeries — a technique in which a thumb can be crafted through materials from an existing digit, index finger.
