  This Acme Berrien Warrior is a gorgeous, turn key, 2 seat buggy built right!  With all of the best parts from Specialty Buggy Supply including a Warrior long shock front beam, 4 wheel disc brakes, suspension seats, hydraulic and adjustable pedal assembly, new custom wheels and tires, Killer Transmissions IRS trans, Wide Open Throttle Race Engines 1835cc engine and full powder coating from Dark Knight Designs.

  **this dune buggy will not be street legal at the time of drawing (off road use only) and will not be represented by any of the builders or sponsors otherwise.  A certificate and serial number for the chassis as well as a receipt for the engine and other components will be provided to the winner if they wish to pursue titling in their home state.  This will be the responsibility of the winner and no statements or promises there in are made by the builders or sponsors in the manner of registration or licensing.  The builders and sponsors hold no liability for safety in the build or use of the prize.  It is the user's responsibility to inspect, and insure safe use at any and all given times.  
  It will be the winner's responsibility to arrange pick up/transport of the prize from Specialty Buggy Supply, 13727 E 42nd Ter, Independence, MO 64055 within 7 days of the drawing.  The winner will be notified of their win via phone call immediately following the live electronic drawing.  If the winner can not be reached within 24 hours of drawing OR does not arrange transport of the prize within 7 days of the drawing, a new winner will be electronically drawn and announced.
