We are hosting this 50/50 raffle to raise money for Dave. He was diagnosed with Stage 2 non-small cell lung cancer that metastasized to his brain. After 3 rounds of radiation, 4 rounds of chemo, and high hopes from doctors for a long remission, we were informed it has now spead to his liver and they have given him 12-17 months to live. 
His diagnosis came completely unexpected. He was still working full-time and started experiencing some neurological issues. An MRI of his brain was ordered and the results were shocking. 
We hope to raise money because Dave has always wanted to take a tour of the lower Mississippi. At just 58, he thought there was plenty of time. Between medical bills, the cost of living, and relying only on his wife's income, money is quite the obstacle.
