This is the first annual Raffle Dazzle being held to benefit the Archangel Michael Greek Orthodox Church in Lecanto, FL. We are a small parish with mostly older members who work hard to hold our festivals and our wonderful Fish Fry Friday events. This fundraiser will supplement their efforts and keep our church and grounds in beautiful condition. 

"Fundraising" begins with F-U-N, and we hope that our Raffle Dazzle event will add some fun by making you a winner of a fabulous trip to Jamaica, or cash prizes of up to $2500 (depending on total ticket sales on 9/5/23)! First, we need to cover the rules. 

1. You must be eighteen (18) years old and meet federal and state eligibility requirements to participate in a raffle event
2. Tickets are non-refundable
3. We reserve the right to sell between 500-1000 tickets to qualify for the range of prizes offered
4. Prizes are dependent on the number of tickets sold, so pay close attention to the levels of sales needed for any specific prize. If less than 500 tickets are sold when the raffle ends on 9/5/23, the event will become a simple 50/50 and ONE winner will split the profits with the church
5. 1099 Tax Forms will be issued to all winners as required by the Internal Revenue Service and State Franchise Tax Board. 
6. Consult your tax advisor for information on the deductibility of your ticket purchase
7.  All raffle results are final
8. Void where prohibited
9. Trips and all trip arrangements are managed by Winspire, not the church. Please read the trip conditions carefully. If the ticket sales reach the level to get the trip for the first-place prize and the winner doesn't want it, we will substitute a $6,000 cash prize, which is roughly equal to the trip and spending money prize.

The Prizes

  • Jamaican Trip and $500 spending money

    If we sell at least 1000 tickets, the first-place prize is a 5-Night Stay at Hyatt Ziva or Hyatt Zilara Rose Hall Resort in Montego Bay, with Airfare for 2 from the contiguous 48 states, AND $500 spending money for the trip!

    Food, alcohol, non-alcoholic beverages and resort taxes are included. Up to two additional guests permitted in the room for an additional fee. All-Inclusive cost and taxes for additional guests will be the responsibility of the Winning Bidder. Spa treatments, certain activities and specialty restaurants require an additional fee.
    WINSPIRE PACKAGE REDEMPTION:
    Winspire Travel packages and experiences must be booked within one year of the purchase date. The actual travel date must occur within two years of the purchase date.
    WINSPIRE BOOKING & CONCIERGE SERVICES:
    Winspire provides a team of seasoned travel professionals to help you redeem your experience. We will book all travel-related details and reservations for every part of your experience. Included within our services, Winspire can assist with extra hotel nights, airfare, and additional guests as a full-service travel agency. 

    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    Reservations are subject to availability, blackout dates, and major holidays. Reservations must be booked 60 days in advance of travel. Purchases through charity fundraisers are non-refundable.
    Certificates can not be resold or replaced if lost, stolen, or destroyed. Ground transportation is the responsibility of the winner unless otherwise stated.

    1. If we sell at least 1000 tickets, the second-place prize will be $1000
    2. If we sell at least 500 tickets, the first-place prize will be $2,500 and the second-place prize will be $1,000
    3. If we sell under 500 tickets, the event will become a simple 50/50 and ONE winner will split the profits with the church
