Eligibility: The WIN BIG BOY’S Custom MINITRUCK Raffle ("Raffle") is open to legal residents of the United States of America who are 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Strength Cartel and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each, are not eligible to participate in the Raffle.
Raffle Period: The Raffle begins on Monday July 24th, 2023 and ends on March 1st, 2024 ("Raffle Period"). All entries must be received within the Raffle Period to be eligible to win.
How to Enter: There are two methods of entry:
a. Online Entry: To enter the Raffle online, visit StrengthCartel.com and follow the instructions to complete and submit the entry form, which includes your full name, address, email address, and phone number.
b. Mail-In Entry: To enter the Raffle by mail, handprint your full name, address, email address, and phone number on a 3x5 inch card and mail it to: Strength Cartel Mini truck Raffle, 872 W 16th St, Newport Beach, CA 92663. Each mail-in entry must be postmarked by Nov 17th, 2023 and received by Nov 26th, 2023 to be eligible.
Entry Limits: Any attempts by any participant to obtain more entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations, and logins, or any other methods will void that participant's entries, and that participant may be disqualified.
Prize: The prize for this Raffle is a used 1996 Chevy S10 pickup truck. The approximate retail value ("ARV") of the prize is $10,000. The prize is not transferable, and no substitution or cash equivalent is allowed.
Winner Selection: The winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Raffle Period. The drawing will take place on Nov 27th at 5pm PST. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Winner Notification: The winner will be notified by email and/or phone within 7 days following the drawing. The winner must respond within 7 days of the notification to claim the prize. Failure to respond within the specified time period may result in disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected.
Liability Release: By participating in the Raffle, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Strength Cartel ad Collective Distribution Enterprises and its respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Raffle or receipt or use of any prize.
General Conditions: We reserve the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Raffle, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond our reasonable control that impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Raffle, as determined by us in our sole discretion. In such an event, we reserve the right to award the prize from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment.
Governing Law: The Raffle and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the state of California, without regard to its conflicts of law principles.
