• We are asking for a $10 cover charge when you arrive. 
• We will be providing food and live music from Lane Manning and The Northern Burnouts.  And for all you non-seafood eaters, we will have cheeseburgers (Bob's Famous Cheeseburgers) with all the fixin's and of course some homemade tasty sides.

• Participants must be at least 16 years old to enter the raffle.
• This raffle is open to citizens of the Unites States of America only.
• Immediate family members of the organizing committee are not eligible to participate.

• Entries will be accepted from 7/26/23 to 8/5/23 at 9 PM.
• To enter the raffle, participants must purchase raffle tickets at the designated price.
• Tickets can be purchased online through our official website, or in-person on date of the event.

• Raffle tickets are priced at $25 per ticket.
• Participants can purchase as many tickets as they desire.
• All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.

• The raffle prize will be clearly described on the official raffle website and promotional materials.
• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.

• The raffle draw will take place on Saturday August 5th, 2023 at 9 PM
• The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries.
• The winner will be announced live. If not present they will be contacted via email or phone within 48 hours of the draw.
• If the winner cannot be reached or does not respond within 7 days, a new winner will be selected.

• By entering the raffle, the winner agrees to participate in any promotional activities or media coverage related to the fundraiser.

• The winner is not responsible for any applicable taxes or fees related to the prize.
• The organizer is not responsible for ensuring the winner's compliance with local laws or regulations.

• The proceeds from this raffle will be used for the specified fundraising purpose as outlined in our campaign.
• A transparent breakdown of funds utilization will be made available upon request.

• The organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel the raffle if circumstances beyond their control require it.
• In the event of cancellation, all ticket holders will be refunded the full ticket price.
