Hi! My name is Aiden Collins and I am a junior at Shiner High School.

I was selected to auditon for an opportunity to participate in the Honors Performance Series in New York City and was chosen for the Symphony Orchestra. The week will consist of rehearsals and learning with fellow youth musicians from around the world and end with a once-in-a-lifetime performance at Carnegie Hall.

As a Junior, I am involved in our HS band as first chair tuba and recently returned from my 3rd trip to UIL State Marching Band Contest. I have been a part of numerous honor bands in my limited career, including ATSSB All State Band as an individual performer. I am involved in NHS where I am a service Co-chair as well as Student Council. I am also the junior class treasurer. I am currently working 2 jobs and participate in various volunteer positions in my community.

As you can imagine, the trip comes as a high cost amd I am working to raise funds to help offset the expense
