Official Rules and Regulations

Entrant is solely responsible for reading these official rules and regulations. THERE IS NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE. The specifics of the raffle are as follows:

Entry Dates & Times: September 8, 2025, 12:00 p.m. – September 26, 2025, 12:00 p.m.
Drawing Date & Time: September 28, 2025 @ 6:00pm

The Grand Prize winner will receive a 2025 Jeep Wrangler 4-Door Sport 4x4 (hereinafter referred to as the “Jeep” or “Jeep Grand Prize”), which is the only prize being offered. For specific details on the Jeep Wrangler, please visit Jeep’s official website. Rules are subject to change at any time at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Winner consents to the use of their name, likeness, and photographs without compensation for publicity purposes to help promote Sponsor and its programs. Entrants must be 21 years of age or older to participate. Sponsor reserves the right to provide a substitute prize of equal or greater value. The Jeep Grand Prize is non-transferable, and no substitution or cash equivalent is permitted.

All taxes, including all federal, state, local, sales, withholding tax, and any other government costs or fees of any type whatsoever, are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner. Any insurance, licensing, registration, title fees, destination charges, and any other expenses not explicitly stated herein are also the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner. The winner may customize the vehicle beyond the base model specifications, but any costs exceeding the maximum value of $39,000.00 USD are the sole responsibility of the winner. Grand Prize winner is encouraged to consult with a tax advisor regarding any tax implications.

Any entries received after the closing date and time will not be included. Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant and may require additional documentation. The prize may be withheld until verification is complete.

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received prior to the closing date and time. The winner will be notified by phone and email within 24 hours of the drawing. If Sponsor is unable to contact the winner within 10 calendar days of the initial notification, the prize will be deemed unclaimed, and a new winner will be drawn.

To claim the Jeep Grand Prize, the winner must present valid proof of identification (passport or driver’s license). Sponsor will provide instructions regarding where, when, and with whom to communicate to claim the prize. Sponsor is not responsible for any transportation or delivery costs associated with transferring the vehicle to the winner.

Sponsor reserves the right to modify or discontinue the raffle at any time, with or without prior notice, for any reason. In such an event, the entrant’s sole remedy shall be a refund of the full price paid for each ticket purchased. Any decision of Sponsor regarding the raffle is final and binding.
