2023 Kiddie Kollege Raffle Rules
By entering this raffle, each participant releases Roosters Diner, Kiddie Kollege, its employees from any and all liability for injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by participating in the raffle or winning a prize resulting from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize, and the winner agrees to indemnify and hold Roosters Diner harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind rising in connection with or as a result of participating in the raffle or the winner’s acceptance or use of the prize.
A maximum of 3,500 Tickets will be sold. $20 per ticket or 3 tickets for $50. The winner will be announced on Friday, March 15th at 6:00 PM with a live drawing at Roosters Diner. The ticket will be pulled by hand. The drawing date and time will not be changed unless the 3,500 tickets have not been sold. Online sales will be closed once all tickets have been closed. Should all tickets be sold prior to March 15, 2024 a new drawing date will be scheduled.
Unlimited number of tickets per person. Only one person’s name will be associated with each ticket. Tickets are non-transferrable unless exclusively approved by Roosters Diner and Kiddie Kollege. Each ticket has a unique number. Winner does not need to be present to win.
Each online purchaser will be sent a receipt via e-mail that will identify the purchaser’s unique raffle ticket number(s). U.S. Postal regulations prohibit the mailing of raffle tickets. All of the 3,500 tickets will be printed for the drawing the of the food truck.
The winner of the vehicle must be 18 years of age at the time of purchase and have a valid driver’s license.
The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) has taken the position that amounts paid for chances in raffles, lotteries or similar drawings for valuable prizes are not gifts, and consequently do not qualify as deductible charitable contributions.
The vehicle winner shall assume all fees, local, state, and federal taxes, sales tax, financing costs which must be paid prior to the vehicle being transferred to the winner. Roosters Diner and Kiddie Kollege take no responsibility for any tax liabilities or costs. Consult your tax advisor. This offer is void where prohibited by law, and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.
The Winner must fill out a form 5754 (Statement by Person(s) Receiving Gambling Winnings) and submit the form to Roosters Diner before claiming their prize.
Roosters Diner Owners , Kiddie Kollege Owners along with immediate family members residing in the same household are excluded from participating and are not eligible to win. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. If an ineligible person enters and wins the raffle a new winner will be selected.
The vehicle will be transferred to the Prize winner “as is, where is, and with all faults”. Roosters Dinner and Kiddie Kollege does not make or provide any representation, guarantee, or warranty, expressed or implied, in connection with the prize and accepts no liability or responsibility regarding the construction or condition of the vehicle. Roosters Diner & Kiddie Kollege do not warrant that the prizes are of mercantile quality or that it can be used for any particular purpose. No express warranties are given and no affirmation of BGB by word and/or actions will constitute a warranty.
Roosters Diner & Kiddie Kollege make no guarantee that the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) will accept that value of the car for the purpose of determining any income tax that may be due from the winner. Roosters Diner takes no responsibility for any tax liabilities. Consult your tax advisor.
The holder of the winning ticket shall be notified by using all details provided by the purchaser. The winning ticket number, the name of the winner, and their respective cities (but not addresses) may be posted and sent to an email distribution as well as social media.

By purchasing a raffle ticket and choosing to participate in the raffle, each raffle participant acknowledges and agrees that Roosters Diner has the right, in its sole discretion, to elect not to proceed with the raffle for any reason whatsoever or for no reason, and in such event, a participant’s sole and exclusive remedy shall be to receive a refund of the full price paid by such participant for each raffle ticket purchased, without interest. Once a ticket has been purchased, it is non-refundable except in the event the raffle is cancelled.
