NOTE:: This raffle is not associated with or sanctioned by any organization. This is only ran and operated by one individual. That individual is donating 100% of the profits to a Non-Profit to assist in funding the below mentioned high adventure trips.
This raffle fundraiser is to help send the boys of Cedar Springs to adventure in the mountains of Northern New Mexico. Through this experience they will test there abilities to be self- sufficient, while working with there team of fellow hikers. Each member is responsible for carrying up to 50 pounds of gear and food throughout the 9 days of backpacking. They experience and grow both as young men but also as productive members of a team.
This raffle is to help assist in funding the travel, food, and gear needed to safely and successfully complete this journey.
This raffle goes live September 1st 2023 and will continue until all available tickets are sold (500 tickets)

High Adventure Raffle Fundraiser - Terms of Participation
1. Eligibility: The raffle is open to individuals aged 18 and above, residing in [USA]. All Legal Residents are welcome to participate.
2. Ticket Purchase: Raffle tickets can be purchased for [25$] each. Payment can be made by purchase through Raffle creator link or through members of the High Adventure Crew/Families using Cash.
3. Ticket Sales Period: The raffle ticket sales period begins on [09/01/2023] and ends on [10/31/2023] at 10:00PM EST. All sales are final and will also end after the sale of the 500th and final available ticket.
4. Prizes: The prizes for the raffle are as follows: Prizes are a progressive raffle, on the closing date based upon raffle ticket sales, one of the following results are available upon completion depending on sales.
1. Ticket Sales of 1 to 99 tickets will result in 1 winner being drawn. This winner will be awarded a Gift Card in the amount of 50% of the total ticket sales
2. Ticket Sales of 100-199 tickets will result in 2 winners. First Drawn name will win a Crossbow Hunting Package (valued at 1050$). The second drawn name will win a gift card for 50% of the tickets sold between 100 and 199.
3. Ticket Sales of 200-299 tickets will result in 3 winners. First Drawn name will win a Crossbow Hunting Package (valued at 1050$). The Second Drawn name will win a Rifle Hunting Package (Valued at 1500$). The third drawn name will win a gift card for 50% of the tickets sold between 200 and 299.
4. Ticket Sales of 300-499 Tickets will result in 5 winners. First Drawn name will win a Crossbow Hunting Package (valued at 1050$). The Second Drawn name will win a Rifle Hunting Package (Valued at 1500$). The Third Drawn name will win a Muzzleloader Hunting Package (Valued at 1200$). The fourth drawn name will win a gift card for 50% of the tickets sold between 300 and 399. The Fifth Drawn name will win a gift Card for 50% of the tickets sold between 400 and 499.
5. Ticket Sales of 500 Tickets will result in 10 winners. First Drawn name will win a Crossbow Hunting Package (valued at 1050$). The Second Drawn name will win a Rifle Hunting Package (Valued at 1500$). The Third Drawn name will win a Muzzleloader Hunting Package (Valued at 1200$). The fourth drawn name will win a Shotgun Hunting Package (Valued at 2600$). The Fifth-Tenth Drawn Names will win a 100$ Gift Card

7. All Prizes are awarded as Physical Gift Cards to a Michigan Retailer of our choice. Actual items purchased with the gift cards are up to the winner of that part of the raffle drawing. However using our recommended selections is preferred. Note that item availability may vary at the time of drawing and cannot be confirmed as available prior to the drawing date. Winners are responsible for all taxes on the purchases, and are responsible for complying with any and all firearm regulations at the time of purchase.
5. Drawing Date: The raffle drawing will take place on [11/3/2023] at [Morley Park @ 8PM]. Winners will be emailed and/or called on that date letting them know if they are a winner of the raffle.
6. Winner Notification: Winners will be notified via [Phone Call] within [7] Business days of the drawing. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within [28] days, Prize will be alternatively given to the High Adventure Group to further assist in funding their adventure to New Mexico in 2024.
7. Publicity: By participating, winners agree to allow High Adventure Crew to use their names and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
8. Taxes: Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes or fees associated with their prizes.
9. Ticket Limitations: High Adventure Crew reserves the right to limit the number of tickets sold per individual.
10. Disqualification: Any violation of these terms or suspected fraudulent activity will result in disqualification from the raffle.
11. Refunds: Raffle ticket purchases are final and non-refundable.
12. Liability: The High Adventure Crew is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets, or for any technical malfunctions that may affect ticket sales or the drawing.
