McGivney founded the fraternity in 1882 to strengthen the Catholic faith of men and their families while providing financial protection when they suffered the death of the breadwinner. Today, over 400 Holy Trinity council Knights of Columbusactively promote and conduct educational, charitable, religious and social welfare works in our community.
Our largest fundraiser of the year is the annual Raffle. Thanks to your kind and generous support last year, over $135,000 in proceeds funded many worthy causes in our parish.

If you or someone you know owns a business, please take a poster after Mass and display it in a window, by the register or community board that gets heavy traffic.
Knights will be selling tickets after each Mass. Tickets make a perfect birthday, anniversary, and date night gift. We accept cash, check or credit card. You can also pick-up a tax-deductible donation form. Please check your bulletin for a QR code with more details, a fun F150 Lariat video and a secure link your can share with family and friends for ticket purchases.

We will call and email the winner immediately following the drawing at 10:00 a.m. on December 3, 2023. We will also send out an email to all who purchased a raffle ticket by December 12, 2023.

The drawing takes place on December 2, 2023 at 9:00 p.m. Three raffle tickets will be pulled at that time, and the winners will be notified by December 3, 2023 at 10 a.m. We will also notify all raffle participants of the winning ticket numbers.
The IRS considers a raffle ticket to be a contribution from which you benefit, so raffle ticket purchases are not tax deductible. Consult with your tax advisor for more information on tax deductibility.

HOW TO ENTER
Eligible entrants may enter online beginning October 7, 2023, at 5:00 p.m. CST and ending November 27, 2023, at 12:00 a.m. CST. To enter online, entrants should follow the links and instructions to enter the raffle and submit the online entry form. Online entrants are subject to all notices posted online. All entries must be received by November 27, 2023, at 12:00 a.m. CST to be eligible. There is no limit on entries per eligible person.
PRIZE DRAWING
One random drawing will be held on December 2, 2023 at 9:00 p.m. CST at Holy Trinity Banquet Hall 20523 Huebner Road San Antonio, TX 78258. Winner need not be present to win.
ESTIMATED ODDS OF WINNING
Actual odds of winning are dependent upon the total number of eligible entries. There are 2,500 total raffle tickets available for purchase. As of Nov 20, 2023 odds of winning is 3 in 935.
PRIZES
There will be three prizes for this Raffle. Grand prize winner will receive one 2023 Ford F-150 Lariat; Second prize 10-person vacation townhome waterfront resort; Third prize Samsung 65" UHD Smart TV. Total value $75,000. No substitutions, reassignments, or transfers of prize permitted.
WINNER NOTIFICATION
Randomly selected winners will be notified after 9:00 p.m. CST on December 2, 2023, by telephone or e-mail. Once notified, the winner will have five days to claim or forfeit their prize. If the winner forfeits their prize, a new name will be randomly drawn. Winner will be required to sign a publicity release, unless prohibited by applicable federal, state or local law or regulation.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By participating in the Raffle, entrants agree to release, indemnify and hold Knights of Columbus #9967 harmless from and against any injuries, losses, damages, claims, actions and any liability of any kind caused in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in or resulting from the Raffle or the prize. Knights of Columbus #9967 reserves the right to modify prize award procedures.
