Isaiah “Ice Man” Chavies has been playing soccer since he was 3 years old for Southern Virginia Soccer Club. He has grown to become a very skilled and passionate player on the field and has played for his middle school teams (Bluestone Middle and Mecklenburg County Middle School) and for the Mecklenburg County High School Soccer Team. Now at 13 years old he has the opportunity to play along some of the best youth players in the US in Madrid, Spain. Yes, you read that right!! This summer he was part of the Real Madrid Foundation Summer Camp in Hartford, CT and was chosen to take his experience further on the actual Real Madrid facilities in Spain. There were only about 20 players his age that were chosen to participate, making this a very exclusive experience. While this is an amazing experience, it’s coming at a cost, and coming quickly. This experience is from November 18-26 2023. We need your help and support to get him there and help him reach his goals to someday travel the world playing soccer.
