The Greater Washington Urban League (GWUL) is on a mission to strengthen the economic and political power of minorities in the Washington Metropolitan Area. We work tirelessly to achieve racially equity and aim to ensure all Greater Washington regional residents benefit from the rewards of full citizenship.

Our aim with the raffling of 2 floor seats to the Wizards home opener is to raise money for the GWUL to continue to do the great work that it does in our community standing between the gap of inequity on all fronts. The raffling will take place during the inaugural session of the GWUL Speaker Series held at Miss Toya's in downtown Silver Spring. We are looking forward to enjoying your company while we engage in the gap filling dialogue around financial literacy.
