On the evening of January 15, 2024, while working a Winter Storm in DFW, a Plaska General Foreman - Arron Haygood received the call from his wife that they had suffered a devastating house fire. Thankfully, no one was injured, but they have lost everything they own. During below freezing temperatures and -0 wind chills, Arron’s three young daughters and wife were left with only the pajamas they were wearing at the time of the fire. Not only has Arron been a long-time reliable employee and dependable key individual to the Operations at BHI, UU and Plaska, but he has been a friend and mentor to many fellow employees. Arron’s honesty, dependability and upstanding character has earned him the respect of not only his fellow employees, but that of the customers, sub-contractors and others that he encounters daily through his job. Arron has worked many hours and driven many miles for this company to ensure that work is done safely and efficiently.
