  6. Backyard Concert - Your own private live concert held in your backyard, for you and your friends. Performance by YIS' very own house band, The Subourbons.

This beautiful 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home offers breathtaking water views and is conveniently located just across the street from the beach. Enjoy exclusive access to a private tennis court and, to make your stay even more special, Arnie will personally take you on a scenic boat ride on Sunday.  (donated by the Wilson family).
