On January 29th, Evan's 31st birthday, he was severely injured and has been hospitalized ever since.
The injuries he sustained have caused him to undergo multiple surgeries and unfortunately, he had to get his leg amputated.

Evan will remain in the hospital for a lengthy period of time and even after he will have to endure intense physical therapy. learning to walk again.

Throughout these conditions he has been in high spirits. This fundraiser is to help raise money for ongoing medical cost and a prosthetic leg. We are aware of how hard you all work to provide for your families and wanted to add something of value to show our appreciation for your support.
