Nancy and I stepped out on faith almost 25 years ago to start our company, Four Star Freightliner. It was then we made an important commitment to ourselves, our employees and our community. We proudly display this commitment as part of our mission statement in all seven Four Star locations. In part it reads:

 “We will be active and support the communities in which we live and serve, to be good stewards and leaders in each community we are located. To that end, we will assist, support and promote local and national organizations and associations that are engaged in like-minded causes and activities.”

Providing support to those in need is at the root of both our family and company values. Therefore, we have decided to partner with the Alabama Kidney Foundation (AKF) to raise essential funds for those suffering from kidney disease.

The AKF supports our neighbors with kidney disease through programs providing financial assistance, daily living needs, transportation assistance, education, and support services.  The AKF is Alabama’s only state-based organization dedicated to improving the quality of life for Alabama’s kidney patients.    

Please join us in helping us reach our personal goal of raising $50,000 to help our neighbors in need. We wanted to put the FUN in fundraising by offering one of five designer Coach handbags shown. We will have five winners, with one winner each winning one of the five handbags available. Raffle will close on April 30th!
