The goal of the Menasha Police Benevolent Association (MPBA) is to provide for and promote the general and social welfare of all its members; to cultivate fellowship and friendship among its members; to advance the interests of law enforcement; to provide a medium for the exchange of knowledge and experience that fosters high professional standards; and to develop, maintain and grow a fund from dues and other revenue sources to conduct charitable, educational, and recreational activities for the benefit of its members and the public.

Each year MPBA embarks in efforts to raise money to support our mission.  Monies raised support groups and organizations in the community.  Past recipients of our charitable giving include: Special Olympics, Menasha Police Auxiliary Unit, Menasha Police K9 Unit, Menasha High School Post Prom and Back to School Event, and others.

MPBA strives to support its members.  In addition to our annual membership dues MPBA uses a percentage of the monies raised to sponsor fellowship events throughout the year, celebrate our law enforcement members accomplishments during National Police Week, offer college scholarships, and celebrate retirement milestones.
