Blue Sky Ranch is a 501c3, located at 8824 S Hydraulic Street in Haysville, KS. 


As we start our 10th year at Blue Sky Ranch, we understand the profound impact that positive male role models and mentorship can have on the lives of young men facing the challenges of growing up without a father figure in their lives.  Our comprehensive program offers a holistic approach to foster personal growth, resilience, and self-confidence through the following programs:

  • Mentorship
  • Career Tech Education:  construction, welding, automotive, power tools, ranch equipment and maintenance, and woodworking
  • Life SkillsTraining & Equine Assisted Learning (EAL)
  • Driver's Ed tutoring and training
  • Animal Husbandry & Commity Gardening
  • Outdoor Experiences: Firearm Safety Training & Skills, Crossbow Safety Training & Skills, Archery, Survival Skills, and Hunter's Safety  
  • Outdoor Recreation, Swimming, Fishing and Camping
  • Home-Cooked Meals, Cooking Classes, and Grilling Lessons
  • Exposure to the Gospel of Jesus Christ and the difference a personal relationship with Christ makes in our daily lives 
  • Community Service
  • On the Job Training to teach the importance of outstanding work ethic and accountability
