Tulsa Air and Space Museum, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, opened its doors in 1998 in a 1940’s hangar on the Spartan School of Aeronautics campus.  It was later moved to its current location, a 17.8  acre campus on the north side of the Tulsa International Airport.
 
 Since inception, TASM has grown into viable and well-managed operation attracting large numbers of students and visitors, establishing its position not only as a center for educational enrichment, but as a tourism and convention resource for Tulsa.
 
 Situated in north Tulsa alongside Tulsa International Airport, TASM  promotes diversity and provides inclusive pathways to prospective members of the aviation workforce in a comprehensive manner with an emphasis on STEM education and workforce development.

Official Raffle Rules:
The Tulsa Air & Space Museum (TASM) is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization geared towards providing our region’s youth with access to STEM educational opportunities and an introduction to potential careers in aviation.  Through its mission, “Honoring the Past. Inspiring the Future.”, TASM is dedicated to preserving the aerospace legacy of Oklahoma and providing opportunities for our region’s youth and their families.
 
 

This TASM Raffle is in support of TASM’s mission with 100% of the money raised through the Raffle going to support its efforts. You can learn more about TASM’s mission and program by visiting www.tulsamuseum.org.  

 

The Raffle is conducted in the state of Oklahoma, the state where TASM is based, is being conducted and governed pursuant to Oklahoma law and is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. The Raffle is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are at least 18 years of age at the time of purchase. Void where prohibited by law.
 
 

Tickets can only be purchased online beginning November 12, 2024, at 9:00 AM EST, and all tickets are considered sold in Tulsa Oklahoma, Tulsa County, Oklahoma when purchased. By purchasing a ticket, each Participant agrees to be bound by and adhere to the terms and conditions in these Rules. You may participate by purchasing as many tickets as you wish. However, only 1,500 tickets will be sold. The price of a ticket is $20. Each ticket will be issued with a discrete number and that number will not be repeated. If you buy more than one ticket, each will have a different number on it. Except as otherwise set forth herein, all ticket purchases are final and non-refundable.
 
 

The deadline to be eligible for the drawing is to purchase a ticket or tickets before 1,500 tickets are sold or by May 1, 2025, at 10:00 PM EST, whichever comes first. A ticket is “sold” for the purpose of calculating the number of tickets sold when TASM receives full payment for that ticket. Anyone attempting to buy a ticket after 1,500 tickets have been sold will have their purchase fully refunded. After 1,500 tickets have been sold and the sales system closes, except for refunding the purchase, TASM, BC Woodbridge, LLC, as owner of the Raffle Creator platform, and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, governors, owners, advertising and promotion agencies and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) are not responsible if your purchase cannot be processed, or your payment arrives late.
 
 

The Raffle shall end on May 1, 2025, unless modified as described below.
 
 

If less than 1,500 tickets are sold by May 1, 2025, TASM, in its sole discretion, may extend the term of the Raffle until a minimum of 1,500 tickets are sold.
 
 

If the maximum number of tickets are sold prior to May 1, 2025, TASM, in its sole discretion, may end the Raffle at an earlier date.
 
 

TASM shall publish any change to these Rules including a change to the end date of the Raffle on the Raffle Creator webpage and the Raffle information page on tulsamuseum.org.
 
 

Communications about the Raffle and its winners will be made through the website and social media of the Tulsa Air and Space Museum and through the email address [email protected].
 
 

TASM will administer the Raffle and will use the Raffle Creator platform to host the Raffle online, including fulfilling ticket orders, processing payments and providing a random number generator for Raffle entries. Each ticket’s face value is $20.00.  The tickets do not have a cash value.  The tickets are non-transferable. Ticket purchases are not deductible as a charitable contribution.
 
 

Within 24 hours of a ticket purchase, a confirmation email will be sent to the purchaser.  It is your responsibility and duty to ensure the Raffle Creator software has current and correct contact information.  Tickets will be emailed to the email address you provide. The Released Parties are not responsible for any lost, misdirected or undelivered email or any tickets that are lost, misdirected, undelivered or destroyed. If you do not receive your ticket numbers via email within 24 hours after purchase, you should contact us by phone (918) 834-9900 or by email at [email protected].  Responses will occur during regular business hours.
 
 

It is the Participant’s responsibility and duty to safeguard ticket information.  
 
 

Each Participant warrants to the Released Parties that they can accept their ticket(s) via e-mail and legally participate in the Raffle.
 
 

TASM, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to change, modify, or amend these Rules and any of the terms & conditions herein as necessary to comply with any federal, state, or local law and to clarify, decide and interpret how the Raffle is conducted including determining prize winners and participant eligibility.
 
 

Following the end of the Raffle, TASM, shall conduct a random drawing through Raffle Creator to select one (1) ticket as the Grand Prize Winner.  The Grand Prize Winner does not have to be physically present at the drawing to win.
 
 

All prize winners, including the Grand Prize Winner, must demonstrate their ability to comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations including the Aircraft Registration Requirements, if applicable.
 
 

All prize winners, including the Grand Prize Winner must provide all requested information, forms and agreements to TASM, including information for identification or tax purposes and a delivery agreement.  If any prize winner, including the Grand Prize Winner cannot provide the information, forms and agreements such prize winner shall forfeit their claim to the prize without refund or further compensation.
 
 

TASM shall make Prize Option 1 available for inspection at the Tulsa Air and Space Museum, Tulsa International Airport, Tulsa Oklahoma, Tulsa County, Oklahoma and delivery of Prize Option 1 shall occur at that location. 

Grand Prize: A Breitling SuperOcean Heritage 46 Chronograph watch. 
 
 

Once the Grand Prize Winner is notified, all prizes must be claimed by May 10, 2025 6:00 PM EST (unless such time is extended by TASM in its sole discretion) or they will be forfeited. The Grand Prize Winner must complete all requirements for claiming the prize as set forth herein or otherwise determined by TASM prior to claiming the prize.
 
 

TASM obligation to deliver any prize to a prize winner, including the Grand Prize Winner is expressly conditioned on compliance with these Rules and all terms and conditions herein, including, the execution of a delivery agreement by the prize winner, which includes a waiver of liability and release of all claims against TASM, and satisfaction of all federal and state tax requirements. 
 
 

If a potential prize winner, including the Grand Prize Winner cannot be reached after a reasonable effort has been extended, or he/she is determined to be ineligible, or he/she cannot or does not comply with these Rules, including the requirements for claiming the prize such potential prize winner shall forfeit the claim to the prize, including the Grand Prize, without refund or other compensation, and the prize will not be awarded to that potential prize winner, or if the prize winner declines acceptance of the prize, TASM  reserves the right to not award the prize.
 
 

PUBLICITY RELEASE: By participating in the Raffle or accepting a prize, each Participant hereby irrevocably and perpetually grants to TASM and TASM a worldwide license to use, publish, reproduce, create derivative works of, distribute and publicly display any images or likenesses taken or captured of the Participant in connection with their participating in the Raffle or receiving a Prize (collectively, the “Images”), in any form, media or content which now or hereafter exists, for advertising, promotional or any other commercial purposes as well as non-commercial purposes. Each Participant waives any compensation for any use of such Images. Each Participant hereby releases and waives any claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities and causes of action arising from TASM’s, uses of the Images, including, without limitation, any claims for defamation, libel, invasion of privacy, publicity, personality, or exploitation of the Participant’s name or likeness. 
 
 

Each prize winner, including the Grand Prize Winner, is solely responsible for all taxes, including federal, Oklahoma and local taxes, if any, as well as registration, insurance and other expenses incurred with claiming the prize. All appropriate reporting forms for the IRS and Oklahoma Tax Commission will be provided to each prize winner. To receive the prize, the prize winner must complete all documents including the FAA Aircraft Registration Application, IRS Form W-9 Request for Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification, IRS Affidavit and Release, and other documents required to take possession of the prize. 
 
 

 Each prize winner, including the Grand Prize Winner, will receive an IRS Form W-2G from TASM (for the calendar year the prize was awarded) for the total value of the prize determined by TASM. Each prize winner, including the Grand Prize Winner, acknowledges that federal law requires that withholding tax on certain prize values must be collected by TASM from the prize winner upon award or distribution. Federal and state withholding laws are subject to change without notice. The withholding laws in effect at the time each Prize is claimed will be followed. TASM recommends that any winner(s) consult with their tax advisor before they accept any prizes.  All prize winners, including the Grand Prize Winner, are responsible for all fees, taxes, or expenses involved in the acceptance and delivery of their prize.  All prize winners, including the Grand Prize Winner, are required to cooperate with TASM on the withholding of income taxes according to the IRS and OTC requirements in effect when the prize winner is selected.
 
 

The Tulsa Air and Space Museum is not responsible or liable for information that is not in compliance with these Rules. By entering this Raffle, each Participant on Participant’s behalf and on behalf of Participant’s spouse, assigns, administrators, executors and legal representatives hereby releases, waives, discharges, covenants not to sue, and indemnifies the Released Parties from any claim or loss arising out of or related to the Participant’s participation in the Raffle, acceptance of any Prize, or any exercise by TASM of any of its rights set forth herein, including, but not limited to, any claims related to: (a) any injury to the Participant (including death) or the Participant’s property that occurs in connection with participation in the Raffle, receiving any Prize or any related activities; (b) any failure to report and pay any income taxes arising from acceptance of any Prize; and (c) the Participant’s acts or the acts of any other party with respect to the Participant’s receipt of any Prize, or participation in the Raffle, regardless of whether any such claims are caused in whole or in part by the negligence of any entity or person released hereunder.   
 
 

If a prize should become unavailable to award at the time of the drawing, TASM, in its sole discretion, may (1) reschedule the drawing, (2) reschedule the award date, or (3) award the cash equivalent of the prize based on the cost to TASM.
 
 

All risk of loss for a prize, including the grand prize, shall pass from TASM to the prize winner upon delivery.
 
 

No proceeds from the Raffle shall inure to the benefit of any private shareholder.
 
 

 All decisions of TASM are final and binding. Any claims regarding the Raffle that are not released, must be brought in the State or Federal Courts of Tulsa County, Oklahoma, and each Participant hereby consents to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for purposes of any such action. Each Participant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action not waived arising out of or in connection with the Raffle, or any Prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resorting to any form of class action; (b) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Raffle, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (c) under no circumstances will Participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Participant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, and consequential damages, and any other damages, other than for actual out-of- pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE RELEASED PARTIES BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR FOR DAMAGES THAT EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE PAID BY ANY INDIVIDUAL PARTICIPANT FOR HIS OR HER TICKET(S).
