Swings for Sam is a fundraiser designed to help raise money and support Sam Hodous as he battles ALS. Our goal is to raise money, through as many avenues as possible, to help offset the financial burden both in the short and long run.
Through several generous donations from Sam's community, we have collected some wonderful prizes that you can bid on. You'll have the ability to purchase raffle tickets (all ticket purchases go directly to Swings for Sam), you'll be able to use as many tickets on as many different raffle items as you'd like (for example, you can purchase $50 worth of tickets, and disperse them as 10 tickets into 5 different raffle items). Drawings will take place in the evening on September 22nd following our Swings for Sam fundraising events!
Sam Hodous is an exceptional person, and anyone he connects with can instantly feel a draw to his passion and enthusiasm. As a devoted son, loving husband to his wife Mary, caring father to his 3-year old son Obi, supportive brother, and cherished friend, Sam’s life is a testament to his commitment to those he loves and to the community he serves. Dr. Sam, as his patients adoringly refer to him, creates connections with in a unique way that is truly transformative on their Physical Therapy journey. His expertise, love for movement and compassionate approach have touched countless lives.
Sam is not just a skilled therapist but also a mentor who inspires others with his vast knowledge and eagerness to always learn and share. His supportive nature, collaborative energy, and optimism and make him a guiding light for those around him.
On August 21, 2024, Sam received a devastating diagnosis of ALS (Lou Gehrig's Disease). At his young age of 35, an admiringly strong & fit body, and career of helping other's solve their physical limitations, this news is especially heartbreaking.
As he navigates this new chapter, his stretch of community across the country & the world are coming together to support him and his family. We invite you to join us in raising funds to help alleviate the financial burdens associated with ALS and ensure that Sam, Mary and Obi have as much support as we can provide.
Your generosity and support will not only help Sam manage the challenges ahead but also honor the incredible person he is and the positive impact he continues to make on so many lives.

FPM Precision Programming Online Course with Dr. Craig Liebenson
This is a five-camera recording of Craig Liebenson’s live seminar and workshop. Craig does introductions and voiceovers each hour to ensure you understand everything you see. There is so much packed into the eleven-hour program. Watch it as many times as you like over the next three years.
Grand Rounds – See LIVE cases with problem-solving and the reasoning process.
First principles thinking is boiling a process down to the fundamental parts you know are true and building up from there.
Over 2000 years ago, Aristotle defined a first principle as “the first basis from which a thing is known.”
When faced with complex problems, we default to thinking like everybody else. First principles thinking is a powerful way to help you break out of this herd mentality, think outside the box, and ultimately innovate brand new solutions to familiar problems.”
Elon Musk, the founder and CEO of Tesla and SpaceX, says there’s a better way to innovate: start with a blank slate and use first principles.
The FPM (Precision Programming) concepts & philosophy are evidence-based & practical. They bridge the gap from research to practice to reduce injury risk; accelerate rehab; prevent chronicity; enhance performance in the lifespan of health.
This knowledge translation occurs through our unique Lab Immersion Experience with interactive live problem-based active learning presentations; and hands-on evaluation and training exercises.
“Don’t fall behind in your techniques. The methods should serve the goals.” Dr. Karel Lewit
“Time spent in assessment will save time in treatment. The test is the exercise; the exercise is the test”. Dr. Vladimir JandaAZAR

The industry is saturated with seminars and courses where they try to push their system as the next best thing. The truth is that you've probably seen some results with what you do. What you're probably missing is a thought process of how everything is connected, why things work, streamlining your process, and how to make yourself more valuable.
Before I can tell you if this is for you, let's talk about who it isn't for:
If you're looking for a few new party tricks then this is NOT for you.
If you're looking to be told what to do instead of why and how then this is NOT for you.
If you're looking to learn from a guru who will not admit when they are wrong, where they've made mistakes along the way, and what they can improve then this is NOT for you
If you're looking for lecture heavy, with no context, has no skin in the game, and someone who isn't continuously improving himself then this is NOT for you
If you're looking for this then you're in the right place:
You want to take a deeper dive into fundamental concepts and how they apply in the gym
You want to actually move and feel exactly what they're gonna be helping their clients do
You want to be exposed to a new way of looking at movement, rehab, and training
You want to learn an extremely applicable framework that you can immediately implement the following Monday
A no non-sense and battle-tested approach to rehab and training that delivers people actual results.
