Extreme Powder Coating and Six Beans Coffee Co in Hesperia CA puts together an annual fundraiser for Diabetes Awareness Month. We aim towards helping newly diagnosed children by creating care packages for children at Loma Linda University. The daughter of Cody and Jenn's (Extreme Powder Coating) was diagnosed at the age of 8. With her help she picked some of her favorite items that helped her in the first year of her diagnosis. This included low carb snacks, sugar test strips, a food scale for counting carbs, and a digital clock with alarms on it that hook up to the CGM (Dexcom Monitor).
