The KCBS Contest Drawing is back and better than ever! One of the most anticipated features of the KCBS Annual Awards Banquet weekend has returned, offering you the chance to win entries to Master Series and Backyard Series contests from across the country. There will be some spirited exchanges before the dust settles. With over 100 available contests, don’t miss your chance to win entries to some of your favorite contests happening in 2025 ! The entry deadline is 4:00 PM Central Standard Time on January 11th, 2025, and the drawing will take place at 5:00 PM CST. Winners will be notified via email. This exciting opportunity is open only to members in good standing who attend the KCBS Annual Awards Banquet in Kansas City, MO, in January 2025.

Terms and Conditions for the KCBS Contest Drawing
The following terms and conditions apply to the KCBS Contest Drawing (“Drawing”), held by the Kansas City Barbeque Society (KCBS). By participating, entrants agree to these terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility
- The Drawing is open to KCBS members in good standing attending the banquet at the Kansas City Marriott Country Club Plaza., 4445 Main Street, Kansas City, Missouri.
- KCBS employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
2. How to Enter
- Participants may enter by purchasing tickets online through Raffle Creator.
- The deadline to purchase tickets and enter the Drawing is Saturday, January 11, 2025, at 4:00 PM Central Time.
3. Drawing and Winner Selection
- Winners will be selected using an auto-selection service provided by Raffle Creator.
- One winner will be drawn for each available Contest Certificate.
- Winners will be notified via email with details of their win.
- The drawing will occur on Saturday, January 11th, 2025 at 5:00 PM Central Time.
4. Prizes
- Each Contest Certificate entitles the winner to a basic free entry into a KCBS-sanctioned contest as designated on the certificate.
- Certificates are valid for use in 2025 only and may not be redeemed after this period unless specific arrangements are made directly with the Contest Organizer for the designated event.
- Certificates hold no cash value and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
- Certificates are transferable; winners may transfer their certificate.
5. Redemption
Winners are responsible for contacting the Contest Organizer to redeem. Contact information can be found on the KCBS website, under the Events Page.
6. Disclaimers
- KCBS is not responsible for any changes to contest availability, including cancellation or postponement of any KCBS-sanctioned contest.
- KCBS is not liable for lost, delayed, or misdirected email notifications.
7. Publicity
By participating in the Drawing, winners consent to KCBS using their name, image, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri.
