One of my Freckles Romain lettuce plants produced a double head. If I were to sell it, the price would be around $12 - there a lot of lettuce in there. Instead, I thought I would raffle it if the market managers approved. They did approve and loved the idea. The drawing will be Saturday, June 11, 2025 at the Memorial Villages Farmers Market, 10840 Beinhorn Road (parking lot of First Congregational Church).
