The John Deere Club at Walla Walla Community College is raising money to finance a class trip to the John Deere factories in August of 2025. The trip includes stops at the Harvester Works, Tractor Assembly Plant, Engine Works, Powertrain Works, Davenport Works, Dubuque Works and the Milan Parts Depot. The class has been in training since January of 2024, expanding their knowledge of John Deere Agriculture equipment in order to become better technicians. This trip will allow them to gain a deeper understanding of John Deere engineering, manufacturing, and parts distribution.
Through work for hire, doughnut sales, and hat sales we have raised half of the necessary funding. To continue fundraising the club has organized a drawing to raise money through ticket sales. Tickets are $5.00 a piece if purchased with cash and can be bought directly from me, at the parts counter at Pape Machinery in Walla Walla, and at Ranch & Home in Milton-Freewater. Tickets can also be purchased with credit card through this page, credit prices are listed below.
Winners will be drawn on the 7th of July and will be notified by phone in order to select their prize. Prizes are awarded on a first come first serve basis. If there is no response within 24 hours of initial contact, we will continue the drawing and select another winner.
