Photoshoot Date: Subject to photographer’s availability. The session must be scheduled within 2 months of the winner announcement.

Non-Transferable: The prize is valid only for the winner and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.

No Refunds: All raffle ticket sales are final and non-refundable.

Rescheduling: If the winner cannot make the scheduled date, a one-time reschedule is allowed with at least 5 days notice.

Cancelation: If unforeseen circumstances prevent the session from taking place, the photographer reserves the right to offer an alternative date or a substitute prize of equal value.

Winner Selection: The winner will be randomly selected and notified via email. If the winner does not respond within 3 days, a new winner will be chosen.
