Gold Star Games (GSG) is a women-owned gaming company based in Alaska, dedicated to empowering Alaska Native communities through an innovative lottery initiative in partnership with the Alaska Native Women’s Resource Center (AKNWRC).
We are launching Gold Star Lotto, a purpose-driven alternative to Lotto Alaska, designed to redirect gaming revenue to where it’s needed most—Native communities. Despite being among the largest contributors to Lotto Alaska, Alaska Natives rarely see those funds returned to organizations that directly support them. GSG is changing that by operating Gold Star Lotto under AKNWRC’s Charitable Gaming Permit, managing ticket sales, prizes, and state reporting, while directing a portion of proceeds to AKNWRC to fund programs like advocacy, shelter, and cultural preservation for Native women and families.
