Our Story: Preserving Sacred Spaces


For over 180 years, St. Elizabeth and St. Jules Churches have stood as spiritual pillars in our Louisiana bayou communities. These beautiful churches—built by hand, with faith and grit—have been home to generations of baptisms, weddings, confirmations, and funerals. They're more than buildings; they’re living legacies of love, family, and faith.


Today, both churches face pressing structural needs. From stained glass restoration and storm drainage to termite damage and aging infrastructure, the time has come to act. In 2023, we launched the Save Our Treasures Capital Campaign to preserve these churches not only for us, but for the generations yet to come.


With your help—and the support of fundraisers like this bourbon raffle—we're investing in the future of our faith communities while honoring the past. Every dollar brings us closer to preserving these sacred spaces where so many lives have been shaped by grace.

Raffle Details



The Save Our Treasures Bourbon Raffle officially kicks off on May 12, 2025, with a limited run of just 2,000 tickets available at $100 each. The drawing will take place on Sunday, September 28, 2025, at 1:00 PM during the Harvest Festival at the Community Center in Paincourtville, Louisiana.


Can’t attend in person? The drawing will be streamed live on Facebook, so no matter where you are, you can tune in for the big reveal.


All five bottles will be raffled off, even if all tickets are not sold—every entry counts, and every dollar supports the restoration of our treasured churches.
