The Turbo Drive LLC S10 Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of Turbo Drive LLC, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

 The Sweepstakes begins on June 7, 2025 at 12am EST and ends on July 7, 2025 at 12am EST (the “Promotion Period”).

4. How to Enter

Each purchase on eligible merchandise at https://turbo-drive-llc.company.site/ during the Promotion Period will earn you entries into the Sweepstakes. Example: A T-shirt purchase = 15 entries.

Each valid AMOE submission will receive [1] entries (equal to what a $10 purchase would receive). Limit one free entry per envelope per day. All AMOE entries must be postmarked by June 30, 2025 and received by July 5, 2025. 
 

One (1) winner will receive:

·       1991 Chevy S10 Vehicle (Approximate Retail Value: $3,000

 

Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, express or implied. Winner is solely responsible for all applicable taxes, title, registration, and any other costs associated with accepting and using the prize.

Winner will be selected via random drawing on or about August 12, 2025 from all eligible entries received. The potential winner will be contacted by email or phone within 3 business days. The potential winner must respond within 72 hours and may be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility and IRS Form W-9.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes. If the prize value is $600 or more, the winner will receive an IRS Form 1099-MISC and must provide their Social Security Number for tax reporting.

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Turbo Drive LLC, its affiliates, and its respective officers, directors, and employees from any liability, injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising in connection with this Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Turbo Drive LLC to use their name, likeness, and city/state of residence for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
