Win a new 2024 Harley Davidson Hydra-glide Motorcycle with your $25 donation to three amazing causes. The bike was purchased new by Noel B. Leonard, Biker Lawyer. The motorcycle has just a few hundred miles on it.
Only 6000 tickets will be sold and the winner will be chosen when those tickets are sold out.
The proceeds will go to benefit three causes. Equine Therapy Group in Stockton Alabama. The organization uses horse therapy to treat veterans with PTSD and others. Equine Assisted Counseling uses the nature and relationship with the horse to bring out the clients natural patterns of relating, handling of new situations, and problem solving skills. The client’s interaction with the horse is used as a metaphor for life. The horse’s innate observational abilities and heightened awareness of body language provide the client with immediate feedback. Because all of the session is based on action clients more quickly recognize their own patterns and implement needed behavior changes. (The horse functions as a mirror of the persons own behavior.)
The second is American Legion Post 199 in Fairhope Alabama. Their historic post was destroyed by Hurricane Sally. They are now in the middle of a battle to build a new post and continue their service to our veterans.
The third is Service Dogs of South Alabama. Their mission is to empower veterans and individuals with disabilities by providing expertly trained service dogs that enhance independence, improve mental and physical well-being, and foster a renewed sense of purpose.
OFFICIAL RULES FOR THE 2024 HARLEY-DAVIDSON ELECTRA GLIDE RAFFLE
SPONSOR & ORGANIZER
This raffle ("Raffle") is sponsored by Noel Leonard, Attorney at Law ("Sponsor"), and organized by Noel Leonard and Chris Best (a.k.a. Biker Dad) ("Organizers"). The Raffle is conducted in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
ELIGIBILITY
• The Raffle is open only to legal U.S. residents who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
• Employees, agents, and immediate family members of the Sponsor or Organizers are not eligible to participate.
• The Raffle is void where prohibited by law. Participants are responsible for ensuring their participation does not violate any local or state laws.
RAFFLE DETAILS
• The prize is a 2024 Harley-Davidson Electra Glide, valued at $35,000.
• Only 3,000 tickets will be sold, at a cost of $25 per ticket.
• Tickets may be purchased online through a designated website (to be determined) or in person from Noel Leonard or Chris Best (Biker Dad).
• The drawing will be held after all 6,000 tickets have been sold. The date and time of the drawing will be announced on the official ticket sales platform and social media accounts of the Organizers.
• The winner will be selected through a random drawing from all eligible entries.
PRIZE DETAILS & WINNER RESPONSIBILITIES
• The winner will receive the 2024 Harley-Davidson Electra Glide as described. No substitutions, exchanges, or cash alternatives are allowed.
• The winner is responsible for all taxes, fees, registration, title, and insurance costs associated with the motorcycle.
• The winner is responsible for arranging pickup or delivery of the motorcycle and covering any associated transportation costs. The motorcycle must be picked up from a location designated by the Organizers within 30 days of notification.
• If the winner does not claim the prize within the specified time, an alternate winner may be selected at the discretion of the Sponsor.
TAX OBLIGATIONS & DISCLAIMERS
• The winner is solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes. The Sponsor may be required to file a Form 1099 with the IRS reporting the prize value.
• By entering, participants release and hold harmless the Sponsor, Organizers, and any affiliated parties from any liability, damages, or claims arising from participation in the Raffle or acceptance/use of the prize.
NOTIFICATION OF WINNER
• The winner will be notified via phone and/or email using the contact information provided at the time of ticket purchase.
• The winner must respond within 7 days of notification to claim the prize.
• If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within the allotted time, the Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
GENERAL TERMS
• By purchasing a ticket, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules.
• The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Raffle if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond their control impairs the integrity of the Raffle.
• The Sponsor and Organizers are not responsible for any lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries.
• The Sponsor’s decisions on all matters concerning the Raffle are final and binding.
PUBLICITY RELEASE
By accepting the prize, the winner grants the Sponsor and Organizers the right to use their name, image, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
